Information about personal data processing

This page explains how personal data is used when you visit or contact me through autyzm.poznan.pl.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Małgorzata Mikołajczyk.

If you have any questions about personal data, you can contact me at: kontakt@autyzm.poznan.pl

2. What data may be used

Depending on how you contact me or use the website, the following data may be used:

  • first and last name, if provided in an email message,
  • email address,
  • the content of your message and any information you choose to provide,
  • technical data related to your connection with the website, stored in server logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Your data may be used to:

  • respond to your message and continue email contact — on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the controller’s legitimate interest,
  • take steps before entering into an agreement or provide services — on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your message concerns services,
  • keep the website secure and working properly — on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Email contact

When you send a message to the email address provided on the website, you choose to share the personal data included in that message. This data is used only to handle your inquiry, reply to your message, and — where necessary — make further arrangements related to the service.

5. Hosting and server logs

The website uses hosting services and technical infrastructure needed to run it. The server may automatically record technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser type, or operating system information. This data is used for security, diagnostics, and technical purposes related to the website.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use analytics or marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or similar tracking systems.

The website may use only technical mechanisms needed for it to work properly, if required by the server environment or the browser.

7. Data recipients

Personal data may be shared with providers that help maintain the website or its technical infrastructure, but only as far as needed to provide those services, in particular with the hosting provider.

8. Data retention

Data from email correspondence is stored for as long as needed to handle the contact, and afterwards for the period needed to protect against possible claims or continue cooperation, if it begins. Server logs are stored for the period required by current technical and security needs.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated if the way the website works, the scope of services, or the legal requirements change.
